Electrical Engineering department at the KMUTNB has a long history in establishing Thailand's advances in different areas of electrical and computer engineering. Here, our curriculums span over four major areas of studies: Electrical Power Engineering, Control Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, and Computer Engineering. More than 4000 square meters of space houses excellent learning facilities and laboratories for both undergraduate and graduate levels.
The department offers degree in electrical engineering, telecommunication engineering, and computer engineering at the undergraduate level. With more than a thousand undergraduate students enrolled, our department can be considered one of the largest EE department in the country. |
 We also offer a strong graduate program for those working towards both Master and Ph.D degrees. With highly qualified faculty members, the EE department has accepted 50 graduate students yearly, with a number of research articles published in reputable conferences and journals, both at national and international levels. These publications cover diverse topics such as evolutionary computation, antenna design, economic in power system, control engineering, communication networks, power electronics converter, power system protection, electric drives, computer system testing, and grid computing.

  On the industry side, our department has traditionally been well known to produce hard-working, creative, and systematic graduates with a blend of analytical, technical, and hand-on skills. The department also strives to provide services in forms of engineering consultancy, technology management consultancy, prototype design, and contract research.
